Kid to Kid Franchise System LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") operates an application-to-person (A2P) SMS messaging program for the sole purpose of sending account verification and security messages. These messages include two-factor authentication (2FA) codes, one-time passcodes (OTPs), account verification notices, and other security-related notifications associated with your account. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting in (for example, by enabling two-factor authentication or otherwise requesting verification messages), you consent to receive automated verification text messages from us at the number provided. Consent to receive these messages is given directly to Kid to Kid and is not shared with any third party.
Message frequency varies based on your account activity and security events. You will receive a message only in response to an action that requires verification, such as logging in, resetting a password, or confirming a sensitive account change. We do not send recurring scheduled messages under this program.
Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your mobile carrier and wireless plan. We are not responsible for any charges incurred from your carrier in connection with messages sent under this program.
You may opt out of the SMS verification program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receipt, we will send you a single confirmation text and cease further messages. You may re-enroll at any time by following the opt-in process again.

Our SMS program is available through major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier participation may vary, and we do not guarantee delivery of messages through all carriers or in all locations. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Certain features of our services depend on your ability to receive verification SMS messages, such as two-factor authentication. If you opt out, your access to these features may be limited or unavailable. We are not liable for any resulting inability to access your account or complete transactions.
We do not sell, rent, lease, trade, or otherwise share your mobile phone number or opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share your mobile number only with the service providers that deliver these messages on our behalf, solely for that purpose. For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify these SMS Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued participation in the program after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
